Settings
Click your name at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar and choose Settings (or go straight to Account, Billing or Contact) to open the settings modal. It has three tabs:
Account
Your profile at a glance: avatar, name, email, and current plan. Paid plans show the monthly credit allowance (e.g. 300 credits per month); the Free plan shows No active subscription.
On a paid plan, Manage Subscription opens Stripe's billing portal, where you cancel your plan, update your payment method and see your invoices. See Manage your subscription.
Your name and avatar come from how you signed up — Google accounts use your Google profile. Profile details aren't editable in-app yet.
Billing
Compare plans, toggle monthly/yearly pricing, upgrade, and switch plans — this tab is covered in Plans & pricing and Manage your subscription.
Clicking Upgrade on any locked feature (like the blurred stock library) opens Settings straight to this tab.
Contact
An in-app support form — see Contact us.
Signing in
Viral Garden supports two sign-in methods:
- Google — one click, and your profile picture comes along.
- Email and password — set at signup (minimum 6 characters), with an email confirmation step.
There's currently no self-service password reset. If you're locked out of an email-and-password account, sign in with Google using the same email address, or contact us and we'll help.
Deleting your account
To delete your account and your created content, email support@viral.garden from your account email and we'll take care of it.
