Project overview
Each project is one brand. The Overview tab is the first tab in every project. It shows how the project is doing, when its automations post, and what the AI knows about your brand. Its automations, and the TikTok accounts, YouTube channels and Instagram accounts it posts to, have their own Automations and Accounts tabs.
Stats
Four numbers sit at the top of the tab:
- Published — posts this project has published.
- Scheduled — posts waiting to go out, with when the next one is due.
- Automations — how many the project has, and how many are running. Click it to open the Automations tab.
- Accounts — how many TikTok accounts, YouTube channels and Instagram accounts are connected. Click it to open the Accounts tab.
Schedule
Under the stats is the project's calendar: the same one as Schedule, showing only this project's posts, from its automations and from Schedule Post. Switch between Day, Week and Month, filter by account or status, and click a post to preview it.
Your brand
The brand card is where you tell the AI what your brand is. Everything the AI writes for the project starts from it: generated posts, automation ideas, and the chat assistant's suggestions.
The card shows everything the AI knows about your brand: its name and image, what it is, its website, and what it sells, with what was read from your website below. Click Edit brand to change it, then Save; a new project's card asks you to Tell the AI about your brand.
- Name — the brand's name. It is also the project's name, so renaming either one renames both.
- About your brand — in your own words: what it is, who it's for, how it sounds, and the facts the AI should get right (up to 1,500 characters). Where it disagrees with your website, what you wrote wins.
- Website (optional) — click Read my website and the AI reads the public pages. It fills in any empty fields, including the image. What it found — the audience, the claims the site makes (each with the page it came from), facts, tone, offer, and colors — is shown on the card under Read from your site. What you wrote yourself always wins where the two disagree.
- Image (optional) — your product photo, logo, or app icon (PNG, JPEG, or WebP, up to 10 MB).
- Click Save.
Pasting your website link into the AI chat fills in the same card.
Featuring your brand in a post
Your brand's details always guide the tone and audience of the posts. The brand itself only appears in a post when you choose to feature it:
- In the Create Posts modal and in automations, tick **Feature *your brand***.
- Text layers marked Include product then mention it, and
{product.name}/{product.url}tokens resolve to your brand's name and website. - Image slots marked Reference linked product image send your brand image to the image model, so generated scenes show your real product.
- With your brand featured, the topic field becomes optional. The brand's info can drive the whole post.
Templates that feature your brand
A template that uses your product in any slot or text layer always features it. These templates show a Product badge in pickers. When you pick one, **Feature *your brand*** is ticked and locked. If your brand isn't set up yet, you'll be asked to fill it in on the Overview tab before you can generate.
To make your own template feature your brand, see the slot and text-layer options in Templates.
If you promote several distinct brands, give each one its own project. Its brand, templates, automations, and accounts then stay separate.
