Dashboard tour
Everything in Viral Garden happens at /dashboard. This page walks through the layout so the rest of the docs make sense.
The left sidebar
| Item | What it opens |
|---|---|
| Home | Your projects grid (plus a New project tile) and a Trending Templates row. |
| Projects | A flyout listing your projects — pick one to open its tabs. |
| Schedule | A calendar of every scheduled post across all projects. See Schedule calendar. |
| Content | The stock image library, browsable full-page. See Image library. |
| Templates | Your post templates and shared ones. See Templates. |
| Analytics | Metrics for TikTok posts published through Viral Garden. See Analytics. |
At the bottom of the sidebar you'll find your avatar and name, with your credit balance under it next to a sparkle icon (e.g. 1.2K credits). Click it for Account, Billing, Contact, Settings (see Settings), Help and Sign out.
Your current view is mirrored into the URL, so refreshing or sharing a link restores exactly where you were.
Working with projects
- Click Projects in the sidebar to open the flyout.
- Click + (New project) — the project is created as "Untitled" with the name immediately editable. Press Enter to commit.
- Hover a project and click ⋮ for Rename and Delete.
Deleting a project permanently removes all its posts, automations, and connected accounts. The confirm dialog asks you to type delete before the button activates.
The project tabs
Opening a project reveals a pill tab bar at the top:
- Overview — the first tab: stats, the project's schedule, and your brand. See Project overview.
- Playground — the canvas editor. Your posts live here. See The editor.
- Templates — the templates this project uses. See Templates.
- Automations — recurring auto-posting to TikTok, YouTube or Instagram. See Automations.
- Accounts — the TikTok accounts, YouTube channels and Instagram accounts the project posts to. See Connect TikTok.
The chat button
The round black button in the bottom-right corner opens the AI chat assistant from anywhere in the dashboard. It's the fastest way to go from an idea to a generated post.
On mobile
Below tablet width, the sidebar and flyouts collapse into a hamburger drawer, and the chat opens as a bottom sheet. The full editor works best on a desktop-size screen.
