Analytics

The Analytics tab in the sidebar pulls live performance numbers from TikTok for every post published through Viral Garden, across all your linked accounts. Videos posted to YouTube and posts published to Instagram aren't tracked here; see them in YouTube Studio or the Instagram app.

#What you'll see

• Summary cards — Total Views, Total Likes, Total Comments, and Avg Engagement (likes + comments + shares, divided by views).
• The posts table — every published post with its metrics. Click a column header (Views, Likes, Comments, Shares, Created) to sort. Automation-published posts carry a purple Auto badge.
• View — opens the post on TikTok.
• Refresh — refetches the latest numbers from TikTok.

Filter by time range with the selector: Last 7 days, Last 30 days (default), Last 90 days, or All time.

#What's included

Only posts published through Viral Garden appear — TikTok doesn't share metrics for posts made elsewhere. A few notes:

• Drafts sent to your TikTok inbox show up once you finish posting them in the TikTok app and TikTok reports the published post.
• If a TikTok account's authorization lapses, its posts drop out of analytics until you re-link the account.
