#What exactly does Viral Garden generate?

Complete multi-slide carousel posts: the AI plans the hook, writes the copy for every slide, and matches or generates the visuals — based on your templates and your brand. Every result is fully editable on the canvas before you publish.

#Which platforms can I post to?

Direct publishing is live for TikTok (photo carousels), YouTube (your carousel as a silent vertical Short) and Instagram (photo and carousel posts to a Business or Creator account) on paid plans, by hand or from an automation — see Post to TikTok, Post to YouTube and Post to Instagram. The editor's slide ratios (9:16, 4:5, 3:4, 1:1, 16:9) cover Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest — download any post as images and upload it wherever you like.

#How do credits work?

AI generation costs credits per action. A post is priced from its template’s distinct designs — 2 credits for each AI-generated image and 1 for each stock image on those designs. Item slides sharing a design count once; extra planned item slides do not change the quoted price. The Generate Posts dialog and the chat's template picker show the exact number before you run it. The editor, scheduling, and exports are unlimited on every plan. Paid plans, monthly or yearly, top your balance up to their monthly allowance every month. Full details in Credits.

#Do unused credits roll over?

No — refills top your balance up to your plan's allowance rather than adding to it. See how refills work.

#Can I bring my own brand assets?

Yes. Upload your own images (PNG, JPEG, WebP, or iPhone HEIC — converted automatically) to My Images and use them on slides, in template slots, and as your brand image. See Image library.

#Will my work get lost if I go offline?

No. The editor saves to your browser every 2 seconds and syncs to the cloud every minute — if your connection drops mid-edit, your work syncs on the next visit. See Autosave & sync.

#Why can I only post to TikTok as "Only me"?

The privacy options come from your TikTok account. New or restricted TikTok accounts sometimes only allow private posting — try Save as draft instead and finish the post in the TikTok app. See Post to TikTok.

#Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — paid plans are cancel-anytime. Open Settings → Account, click Manage Subscription, and cancel in the Stripe billing portal; you keep access until the end of the billing period you've paid for. To change plans instead, use Settings → Billing. See Manage your subscription.

#Is there a password reset?

Not yet. If you can't sign in to an email-and-password account, sign in with Google using the same email, or contact us.

#How do I delete my account?
