Schedule calendar
Click Schedule in the sidebar for a bird's-eye view of everything going out — every queued, publishing, posted, and failed post across every project, from your automations and from Schedule Post, on one calendar. Each project's Overview tab shows the same calendar for just that project.
Reading the calendar
- Switch between Day, Week, and Month views (Month is the default); Today jumps back to the current date.
- Posts appear as colored pills showing the time and the automation's name (or, for a post you scheduled yourself, the post's name). The color is the status: green Posted, light blue Scheduled, red Failed. Hover a pill's info dot for a quick summary with a thumbnail; crowded days show +N more.
- Dashed grey Pending pills are placeholders: future schedule slots whose posts haven't been generated yet. They fill in as the queue tops up.
Filters
Narrow the view with the toolbar dropdowns:
- Project — one project or all.
- Account — available once a project is selected.
- Status — Scheduled, Generating, Publishing, Posted, or Failed.
Post preview
Click any real post pill to open its preview drawer: swipe through the slides, check the caption, scheduled time, project, and automation. If a post didn't go out, the drawer says why. Open in project jumps straight to that project's Playground.
Schedule a post
To put one post out later without setting up an automation:
- On the Playground, click the post's ⋮ menu → Schedule Post and pick a connected TikTok account, YouTube channel or Instagram account.
- Pick the date and time under When, then fill in the rest of the dialog as for Post to TikTok, Post to YouTube or Post to Instagram.
- Click Schedule.
The post goes out as it looks when you schedule it; edits you make afterwards don't change it. It publishes within 10 minutes of the time you picked. YouTube posts can be scheduled up to 28 days ahead, TikTok and Instagram posts up to a year.
The post's card shows a blue Scheduled badge until it goes out, or a red Not posted badge if it couldn't (for example, the account was disconnected). Click either badge to open this calendar. In the post's preview drawer, Reschedule moves it and Cancel post stops it going out; a post that failed has Remove instead.
The calendar displays every time in your device's timezone.
