#From inside the app (fastest)

1. Click your name at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar and choose Contact.
2. Fill in a Subject and your Message, then click Send message.

You'll see "Message sent — thanks!" and we'll reply to the email address on your account.

#By email

Write to support@viral.garden — the same inbox handles:

• Support — bugs, billing questions, refund requests.
• Cancellations — if you'd rather not use the billing portal. Switching plans and cancelling are self-serve in Settings; see Manage your subscription.
• Account deletion — email from your account address and we'll remove your account and content.
• Privacy questions — anything about your data.
